Do me a favor. Go to google, msn or yahoo and type in "interactive branding" then search it. Yup, that's us, right on the first page in all three engines. Just for laughs, type in "restaurant branding." Boom. There we are again. We aren't paying for this. These results are free. "How" you ask?

Bad Web Experience Impacts Brick and Mortar Shopping

From the Center for Media Research...
According to their recent national Online Customer Experience Survey, Allurent, Inc. reports the study revealed that 41% of consumers in 2006 (compared to 28% in 2005) said a frustrating online experience would make them less likely to shop at that retailer's physical store. And, overwhelming, 82% of consumers surveyed reveal a frustrating shopping experience will make them less likely to return to a retailers' site. In addition, 59 % say this experience negatively impacts their overall opinion of the retailer/brand.

iPhone will be an iFlop

There has been so much fanfare about the iPhone as of late. Everyone seems to be all over this like a bunch of insects driven toward the purdy purple light. Just like that light, I think these people will be zapped by a product not worth the money. That's right folks, I'm going on record as saying the iPhone will be an iFlop.

This isn't based on my gut opinion or some other mystical tactic. My point of view is based on fact and I'd like to share...
