I woke this morning to a lovely email from a graphic design student studying at Hyde College, Manchester UK. Her name is Aimee Basson. She had some poignant questions with regard to restaurant branding and identity design. So, while waiting for my morning meeting, I figured "Why not post them on our blog?"
