Joseph Szala is Vigor's founder and Principal. He is also the creative responsible for much of Vigor's signature work, and a wearer of many hats.

Joseph’s ideals have lead him to actively seek clients willing to take a risks, and to reward those clients brave enough to embrace his vision with bold, successful solutions.

Soon after graduating from Art Institute, Joseph found himself trapped in the restrictive culture of formulaic companies that left him with little creative outlet. As a remedy, Joseph began Vigor Graphic Design in 2001. Using his youthful energy and passion for design, Joseph soon found success doing things his way. And, as the client roster grew, so did his successes, experience and knowledge.

As a measure of his success, Joseph expanded Vigor in 2005 by acquiring another local internet group. The acquisition spawned rapid growth for the agency over the years that allowed expansion into new markets and new service offerings.

Joseph has spoken at numerous business trade events, and is a published journalist on the subject of branding and brand identity design. Joseph also served as Adjunct Professor at Art Institute of York, Pennsylvania where he taught Advanced User Interface Design and Multimedia classes.

 

Mark Gregory Valente

Mark brings a big push towards Social Media strategies in promoting a greater online presence. New to Vigor, Mark provides innovative marketing strategies to assist in pushing the company brand to the next level of development.

Norris Waddell

As our Atlanta, GA account executive, Norris caters to the needs of Vigor's southern clientele. Norris holds a bachelor's in marketing and has been integral in launching numerous campaigns in Atlanta and central Pennsylvania.

 

Carlos Noguera

Carlos has played an integral role in the technology and web driven projects since 2003. With vast experience in web development, server administration and new media, Carlos is a key component on every project; big or small.
