Define your restaurant concepts point of differentiation

Decide what you are and wave your flag high and proud. Do not waiver. Too often restaurants try to please everyone and end up diluting or losing what made them different and better in the first place.

Be open and honest throughout your restaurants brand

Be honest like Abe. Don't lie about ingredients. Don't lie about your experience. Tell the truth always and people will come to love you for it. If you're not a healthy option, don't act like you are. If an order is messed up, fess up and fix it.

Keep things simple throughout your restaurant and its brand

Keep it simple. Simplicity is always a winner. Keep things simple no matter what. Simple menus. Simple design. Simplness is next t Godliness or something like that.
