When everyone zigs; you zag. That’s the pioneer and innovators way of thinking. A successful restauranteur from Hawaii decides to stake his claim in Las Vegas, Nevada with a new restaurant concept that’s anything but trendy. It’s called Fat Jelly’s.
Our core challenge was to create an entire brand identity around an nonexistent concept. We had one thing to go off of; the name Fat Jelly’s. That could mean anything.
By guiding the client through our proprietary restaurant branding process, we were able to develop the restaurant concept and position for Fat Jelly’s. The results of our exercises left us with a vibe of fun, campy and bright.
With the brand document in place, we designed the core elements of the concept: a logo, illustrations to be used as design accoutrements, facade and apparel/uniform designs.
